  1. Who is Alison Armstrong Why is she popular What does she have to offer A good friend had praised Armstrong I was curious I looked around Armstrong s website, and found a few pieces of interesting and useful information buried in than the usual amount of hype and teasers for her expensive seminars Plus I watched a YouTube interview of her by Barry Kibrick on his TV show Between the Lines, in which they discussed this book, her only nonfiction printed book There is also a novel Most of her work i [...]

  2. Highlights 1 Men are single focused One thing at a time Get frustrated if interrupted 2 Woman are diffused awareness doing 8 10 things at once, pulled in every direction Get overwhelmed.3 Self confidence it s irresistible She doesn t need rescuing They can be themselves 4 Authenticity being real A woman who has the courage to just put herself out there and be who she really is The you lie yourself, the you ll be able to do be yourself Men love when we re direct and authentic Men have a b.s met [...]

  3. A quick read, and an open door to lots of reflection and a paradigm shift I can see in what she describes past patterns The are generalizations, but you have to be open minded and honestly ask yourself if you have experienced something similar It is short, but I think it s worth it and will check out her other materials.

  4. Although the book is a little superficial and not well researched, I think it makes some good points about differences between women and men and how we can communicate better and meet each others needs.

  5. EXCELLENT booklet I have her other book The Queens Code , but this shorter booklet was perfect for me because I felt like it took most of the information that is in TQC and condensed it so that it was shorter, straight to the point, and easier to read I found myself not able to put it down I definitely learned about men in this short booklet, than I have in about 80% of the relationship books I ve readd I ve read a LOT lol.Overall, really well written I see men in a totally new light now, thank [...]

  6. This book needed to be four times as long as it is to fully explain and encompass all the information it hints at I wanted a full MENglish dictionary, explanation as to the priorities and thought processes of men, and a hefty section on HOW to achieve the individual components that comprise the Princess Grace gene As it stands, it s a provocative and compelling read that I could not put down actually standing with the book in one hand and stirring the dinner with the other until I finished it A [...]

  7. Ahhhhe glorious simplicity of men What does it tell you that a book entitled Making Sense of Men has only 73 pages If the tables were turned and the topic was what attracts a woman to a man, 73 pages wouldn t even be adequate to cover the introductiond, after reading the last sentence of the third volume, men would still be baffled Why Because no matter how evolved we are, we women are complexricateenigmaticoften confusingd, are at the mercy of our fluctuating emotions that are heavily influence [...]

  8. A friend lent this to me sometime last year, and I finally read it as a feminine energy follow up to The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida, which speaks from the masculine It s clear that this short volume is part of Alison Armstrong s supplementary materials to her workshops, which I ve heard are amazing It s a quick read, done in a very conversational style and easy to understand There are helpful sidebars throughout the text that go deeper on different topics This book definitely doesn [...]

  9. I can t say enough good things about Allison Armstrong, I ve learned so much from her materials Her research and wisdom are just priceless It can be applied to any relationship, whether you re relating to a husband, boyfriend, men on the street, prospective dates, friends, co workers, family This book is a worth while, easy read, full of eye opening information I only gave it 4 stars because it left me wanting examples the DVDs and audio CDs of her workshops that I ve seen heard contain exampl [...]

  10. I liked this book, but it was much shorter than I expected I ve heard the author being interviewed on the radio, and most of what was in the book, I d already heard I also think it s useful for women trying to find a man than for those of us who already are in a long term relationship Still, I think the book has some interesting points especially the part about realizing that a man is not a hairy woman

  11. I love this book Alison really understands the opposite sex In making sense of men, she gives me a greater understanding of men in simple terms Whether we like it or not, men are not like us, they are simple creatures that just want to please us The information in the book is useful for all of us ladies to know why men do what they do and men to understand why they do what they do A must read

  12. This was a great short little book on understanding how to understand men I found it very fascinating to learn about how men react to women, and how women screw up every kind of relationship with men by thinking that men are just hairy women I would recommend this to any of my single and married girlfriends Also, if men were to read it they would gain a better understanding into women and why they do the things they do.

  13. I find Alison Armstrong to be incredibly insightful as to the unique differences between men and women In this book she shares the four things a man is looking for in a woman self confidence, authenticity, passion, and receptivity I found her description of these four to be right on

  14. Mired in sexist stereotypes, this book insults men, women, and humankind s intelligence My favorite part was the pseudo science Just don t do it

  15. I m a little embarrassed to put this on here but a friend gave it to me to read and I did It was a quick, entertaining, informative read I m pretty sure I ll have a date by next Friday

  16. I wish I read this book years ago or had access to this info simply brilliant Every woman that loves herself should read it I want my daughter to read it

  17. The second book by Alison A Armstrong I considered this as a reminder after the first book as I didn t find new information The information was organized well together though.
